Design & Construction:

You'll probably have some of the pictures and text you need, and we can help with editing copy and generating new material. Obviously, costs will vary according to needs, and we do not expect to be the cheapest price you may be able to obtain. Achieving style and visual impact through design can take time, so we charge a reasonable fee for a high quality service and excellent support. However, we also aim to be competitive in our price structure. Anyway, lets cut to the chase and give you our outlining price structure.

Up to 5 designed and constructed web pages - from £699 plus V.A.T.

These will be view-able on-line for your approval or any amends, until you are fully satisfied with the total design, whereupon the site will go live under your own domain address..

Domain Name & Registration:

We offer registration of uk (.co.uk) and international (.com) domain names.

We can also check whether the domain name you wish to register is available, and help you with suggestions in mind of search criteria and site optimisation. Costs for this service are:

.co.uk - £35 plus VAT - Lasts for 2-years before a fee for renewal is due
.com - £35 plus VAT - Lasts for 1-year before a fee for renewal is due

Logo Design:

Our logo design service offers up to five draft versions. The final version can be supplied on CD and full copyright is granted for all other further use (stationery, packaging, display material etc.)

£150 plus VAT

Scanning & Manually Inputting Text:

Although most picture and text content is customarily supplied these days as digital files, prints and transparencies can be scanned, and text keyed in manually, both dependent on volume. If a great deal of text or typing is required, a nominal charge may be made for this, but you will be notified of this and an agreement made prior to commencement.

Hosting:

Free/Inclusive for the first year, £80 plus VAT per annum thereafter

TERMS & CONDITIONS

All text and image content must be supplied by the customer prior to the project start date.

A 50% deposit is required prior to the project start date. Balance of full payment is due 30-days after the invoice date, which will be issued once the site has been approved and launched live on the internet.

A Confirmation Of Commission form can be posted or e-mailed to you prior to commencement, which will form a contract, confirming our agreement and protecting both parties.
